When life is demanding, self compassion is a major key to keeping it together and not freaking out. Self-compassion is a vehicle of love. Nothing else around you matters when all you can realistically control is your own thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Have a listen.
There are countless situations that can be impacted by negative thoughts. It’s easy to get distracted by negativity and fears that can lead to a downward spiral of emotions. In order to move forward, it’s important to swap negativity with rational positive thoughts. This shift can come to you more easily and automatically practice, eventually shaping new thinking habits. Self-love deserve special attention because it is the absolute foundation to our lives. It is the key to living relationships and healthy self confidence. Self-love is the ability to except yourself with all your flaws and imperfections. To except yourself as a human being that is worthy of love, peace and respect. Everyone is unique and if we live in except ourselves exactly the way we are, we’re opening the doors to new opportunities, new life approach, in new relationships.
Many times we find that we are unsure of ourselves. We constantly second guess our decisions, or we make them based on others around us. Why are we so willing to trust others, but not ourselves? It can be difficult to not suppress your true self in a world that is so quick to judge or compare you to mothers. We learn from our culture or our upbringings, and we start to judge ourselves constantly, because that’s what we are taught. That is no way to live a happy and loving life. You will constantly be chasing something that is untrue to your Divine being. There is no wrong way or right way to build self – esteem. Your inner child or inner compass is there to guide you. Trust it. Love yourself and always be true to the best version of yourself.
The inner child is often described as the artistic, creative, imaginative and dreamer part of us. It is the fun loving, playful, wonder seeking entity that resides within us. It doesn’t matter how old you are, there is a little child within who needs love and acceptance. We need to allow our parent to become more nurturing to our inner child.
There are 86,400 seconds in a day. Have you used one of those seconds to say thank you? Expressing gratitude is one of the quickest ways to change your vibration from negative to positive. It’s a way of multiplying your Blessings. Use these gratitude affirmations to start paying attention to what you DO want. You don’t need to ignore or deny your current reality. Accept it and then you can start to work with it to create something different.
In many ways, life seems to be one trial after another. Our biggest task is to successfully navigate these trials. While it’s often easier to be mentally strong when life is going well, your true strength becomes apparent through adversity. The way you think about life’s inevitable obstacles affects your ability to cope with tough times. Developing a productive dialogue is one of the best ways mentally strong people keep loading them into my soul. Whenever you start to worry or feel self-doubt, recite these affirmations out loud.
The nature of life is it’s ever-changing rhythm. Sometimes, the tempo speeds up. Other times, life slows way down. Yet, I choose each day to piece my life in ways that soup and provide comfort to me. Time. It’s our most coveted resource because of its scarcity. In an effort to falsely game time during the day we rushed through tasks, projects, and our lives. But we cannot be fully present to life or to our craft when we rush. We can lose our vision and clarity for success. In reactive mindsets, goals blur. Slowing down enables us to observe the beauty that is all around us. It will cause us to become more grateful for the present moment and to Sever or physical experience. We can create a gentler version of ourselves, one that is appreciative and grateful for every moment.
Trust life. Things are happening exactly near meant to and when they’re meant to. When you’re going through an incredibly difficult time in life and it feels like there is simply nothing to be gained from the struggle and pain, we lack the foresight in the present to see where that experience new take us or how it may assist us in the future. Have you ever stopped to look at those hard times in life and realized the learning that came out of that situation and where it has taken you to now? It’s those hard times, that make us stronger and who we are today! There is a divine design and timing to everything!
Taking things personally is emotionally draining, and an unnecessary, constant reevaluation of your self-esteem. There's a difference between being reflective and constantly taking slights personally, one is productive and lends itself to self improvement, the other is the opposite. Not taking things personally gives you more control over how you respond, your emotions and your energy level.
At the end of the day, it really is not your business what people think of you. You should worry about what you think of yourself. Others will typically volunteer their opinion of you, but it has nothing to do with you, and everything to do with them. The sooner you do not care what other people think, the more liberated you will feel, and you will have more of a sense of self. Doing the work to have self-confidence, and self-worth is the best work you will put in. The dividends will show in every aspect of your life, personally and professionally.
Your mindset plays a huge part in how you do your self and the world. With thousands of birds floating around in your head every day, you essentially talk to yourself more than anybody else. The mind house is our emotions, judgments, and worries and many of us don’t even realize that her own thoughts can be holding us back from reaching our full potential. Your mind is POWERFUL! Become aware of the pots and how they make you feel. We attract what we desire based on how we feel and what we think. Her feelings are connected to a vibration in our vibration is our point of attraction. Monitor how you feel. Become conscious of your thoughts. Flip the script on your internal dialogue and raise your vibration.
